1.Can i print more than one pet on one picture?
Yes of course, the important thing is that the pets are all in the same photo from which we take inspiration to work.(up to 3 pets)

2.Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email.

Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.

3.Do you draw all kinds of pets?
We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!

4. How is the canvas frame installed?
Please forgive me! To prevent shipping damage, we intentionally do not assemble the prints.Attached is the installation video,You can click the link below directly.

Follow the tips below when taking your pet's photo! If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.

If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within some hours of receiving your order.

• Close up photos work best!

• Take your photo at eye level with your pet.

• Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash.

• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur.

• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.

To ensure that the final art portrait meets your expectations, we have some specific requirements and guidelines regarding the photos you provide:

1、Headshot Portrait Customization: If the pet photo you upload is taken from an uneven angle, with the pet curled up or with any part of the body obstructed, we can only create a headshot portrait focusing on the upper body of your pet. This is to ensure that we capture the facial details and characteristics of your pet, making the final portrait more artistic and personalized.

We do not accept refunds for images that are difficult to compose because the photos you provided are unclear or incomplete. For details, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy

2、Full-Body Portrait Customization: If the pet photo you provide is a clear, unobstructed front view, with the pet in a natural and clear pose, we can create a full-body art portrait of your pet. In this case, we can fully depict your pet's posture, showcasing richer details and a more dynamic feel.

When uploading your photos, please try to select images that are clear, well-lit, and free from obstructions to help us create the highest quality custom pet portrait for you. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to contact our customer service team at any time.

We send you a preview of your portrait as soon as it's finished. You can request edits until you're 100% happy with your pet portrait.

If you don't like your item once you receive it, we will offer to redo and replace your item, no questions asked.

4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it anrives in your county's facliy. After it arrives in your county, please aow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you

ABOUT TAX: Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, KRS cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

If your order shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local shipping carrier with your local tracking number first (which can be found in the original tracking email we sent you), then ask them to get a certificate of not receiving the order and submit it to us. The local shipping carriers usually tell you they do not have that certificate, please walk into their office and complain them, they have to give it to you according to their complaint policy.

Yes! All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.

Yes! We have a variety of options to suit your pet parent needs.
Right now, we have costume options for 1 pet, 2 pets, and even 3 pets together in one portrait!

If you don't like your art we'll edit it free of charge until you say you love it. If you receive your order and for some reason you don't like it, we'll redo the art and replace it for you.

If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use.

• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet
• They don't need to be looking at the camera
• Try to get a close up so we can see your pet's unique features
• Make sure the photo is not blurry
• Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
• Ensure that the fur color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the fur in the photo is not accurate to real life, the fur in the design won't be either

We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.

If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.

Please note that if you refuse to provide a new photo after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in the best quality artwork, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.

Note: All examples on our website were produced using high quality photos.

Right now we can't change the background colors for you. If you have a very dark pet and are afraid they won't show up on a custom with a black background, we would generally advise selecting a different costume.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 8 to 12 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

You will only receive shipping confirmation after your item has been fulfilled. After we sent out the package, you can get a tracking number and you can check the tracking information in this site: CLICK HERE
