Preview Policy

After placing an order, please pay attention to the email sent by info@realcanvasfarm.com

• We will provide you with a preview after you place your order (Pet Canvas). If there is anything you are not satisfied with, our artists will make adjustments based on your feedback. 
• Please confirm whether it is approved within 48 hours after receiving the preview. If there is no reply within 48 hours, the order will go directly to the production stage and be shipped
• Please try your best to provide complete modification opinions if you want. We will make adjustments for you as soon as possible after received your editing requirements, and each modification will take three days.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 8-10 business days of purchase.
